Agency identity and licensing

National Insurance Solutions is the customer-facing business name used by JK Insurance Solutions LLC. Arizona Agency License #3004406185. Individual producer licensing is maintained separately from the agency license. Licensing information may be verified through the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.

Independent market review and carrier availability

National Insurance Solutions may review coverage options available through carrier, brokerage, wholesale, and other insurance markets to which the agency has access for the requested risk. Market access, appointments, carrier appetite, eligibility, underwriting, geographic availability, and product availability can change. A reference to a carrier, market, product, or number of available markets does not mean every carrier or product is available to every applicant or risk.

Where the website refers to access to numerous carriers or markets, that statement describes potential agency market access and should not be interpreted as a promise that every carrier will quote, write, or accept a particular risk.

24–48 hour market-review expectation

For many requests, please allow approximately 24–48 hours for National Insurance Solutions to research available markets and validate coverage options. This is a service target, not a guarantee. Complex risks, underwriting questions, inspections, carrier referrals, holidays, weekends, or additional documentation may require more time.

No guarantee of price, savings, coverage, or placement

Submitting information or requesting a review does not guarantee a quote, policy, coverage, premium, savings, eligibility, carrier acceptance, or placement. Pricing and coverage are determined by the applicable insurer and underwriting process. National Insurance Solutions does not promise the cheapest or “best” policy for every customer.

Coverage is controlled by the policy

Website content is general educational information and is not an insurance contract, binder, declaration, endorsement, certificate, or legal interpretation of coverage. Actual coverage is governed by the issued policy, declarations, forms, endorsements, exclusions, conditions, limits, deductibles, and applicable law. If website content differs from an issued policy, the policy documents control.

Coverage cannot be bound, added, changed, renewed, cancelled, or otherwise modified through this website alone. Do not assume coverage is in effect until you receive confirmation from an authorized insurance professional or insurer.

Commercial certificates, contracts, and additional-insured requests

A certificate of insurance is evidence of coverage and does not itself amend, extend, or alter the policy. Contract requirements, additional-insured status, waivers, primary/noncontributory wording, cancellation notice requirements, limits, and endorsements must be reviewed against the actual policy and carrier-approved forms. National Insurance Solutions does not guarantee that a policy satisfies every contractual insurance requirement.

Carrier financial strength and third-party information

Financial-strength ratings, carrier information, and third-party materials may change and are controlled by their respective sources. A rating or third-party reference is not a guarantee of future financial condition, claim payment, or performance. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make National Insurance Solutions responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

Privacy and insurance information practices

Insurance transactions may require personal information for quoting, underwriting, servicing, and other permitted insurance purposes. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive information through a general website inquiry form unless a secure agency or carrier workflow specifically requests it. Communications and consent

Providing contact information for a requested insurance review permits National Insurance Solutions to respond to that request using the contact methods you provide, subject to applicable law. Optional marketing consent, when offered, is separate from a request for insurance service. Consent to marketing is not a condition of requesting an insurance review.

Website materials are intended to help consumers understand insurance topics. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, engineering, construction, or other professional advice. Questions about a specific policy or risk should be reviewed using the actual policy documents and facts of the situation.

Supplemental protection products

Home warranty service contracts, vehicle service contracts and device-protection plans may be service-contract products rather than insurance. They do not replace homeowners, renters or automobile insurance. Pet insurance is a separate insurance product. Availability depends on approved providers, market access, eligibility and applicable terms. National Insurance Solutions will identify the product type and provider before a customer proceeds.

Specialty market availability

Specialty pages are educational and identify risks NIS may review. They do not represent that NIS is appointed with, authorized by, or able to place every carrier, product, bond or specialty class shown. Market access, licensing, appointments, eligibility and underwriting must be confirmed before placement.
